Switch to IR control in the settings. The CEC implementation on the CCGTV is pretty broken for a lot of devices. Hopefully Google will fix it in an upcoming update. I tried, it is in unable to find the code to turn off my TV. That is the work around I am using but man it's like a time warp going back to IR.
